En cumplimiento de la Ley N.° 29733 – Ley de Protección de Datos Personales y su Reglamento aprobado mediante el Decreto Supremo N.° 003-2013-JUS, el Instituto ELA informa la forma en que realiza el tratamiento de los datos personales recopilados a través de sus canales, plataformas, sitios web, redes sociales, formularios digitales y cualquier otro medio electrónico o digital equivalente.
En ese sentido, el Instituto ELA garantiza que el tratamiento de los datos personales se efectuará con el consentimiento libre, previo, informado, expreso e inequívoco de los titulares de los datos.
Los datos personales recopilados serán utilizados con la finalidad de brindar adecuadamente los servicios educativos ofrecidos, realizar el seguimiento de procesos de admisión y/o matrícula, atender consultas, reclamos o sugerencias, así como para fines estadísticos, de análisis institucional, históricos y administrativos, a través de cualquier medio de comunicación o soporte.
Los datos personales solicitados son necesarios para el cumplimiento de las finalidades antes descritas; en ese sentido, la negativa a proporcionar dicha información o a autorizar su tratamiento podría impedir la adecuada prestación de los servicios o la atención de los requerimientos solicitados.
El Instituto ELA adopta las medidas técnicas, organizativas y legales necesarias para garantizar la seguridad y confidencialidad de los datos personales. Estos serán conservados únicamente durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con las finalidades para las cuales fueron recopilados o hasta que el titular solicite su cancelación.
Asimismo, el titular de los datos personales podrá ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición (ARCO), conforme a lo establecido en la normativa vigente, mediante solicitud dirigida al correo electrónico: supervision.academica@ela.edu.pe
